| Booking Procedure |

- Please email or call our office to confirm availability on the trip that you have selected.
- A Booking Form needs to be completed and returned to our office or to your travel agent along with a (AUD) $300.00 per person deposit to confirm your place on the trip. Please contact us to request a booking form, we can email or post this to you.
- On receipt of your booking form and deposit we will forward a booking confirmation package to you. This includes detailed information on your trip. These notes will outline the general day to day itinerary and the Recommended Gear Checklist.
- Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure.

| Whats Included |
|
- The gear that we supply does change from trip to trip. As a general idea, all light weight bushwalks are all inclusive of all necessary gear ie. backpack, sleeping bag & sleeping sheet, thermarest sleeping mat, Goretex waterproof jacket and waterproof pants, gaiters, tents, grouping cooking & eating equipment.

|
- Personal clothing (as outlined in Recommended Gear List for each trip), footwear, toiletries.
- Drink Bottle and Torch.

| Age Range |
|
- 8-80 years.
- Children under 12 years must be accompanied by parent/s or guardian who shall accept full responsibility for child's conduct.
- Minimum age (most cases) 8 years.

| Private Groups & Families |

- Throughout the whole year, Craclair will tailor trips to comply with special requirements; we cater for groups of varying interests and plan trips for time frames to suit.
- Special interest, clubs, schools, families, private.
- Free leader, group discount 8 plus persons.

- Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to departure are subject to a fee (representative of costs incurred). Cancellations made 30 days but not less that 7 days prior to departure will incur a fee of 100% of the tour cost. Insurance to cover cancellation is recommended. If we do not obtain the required number of people and have to cancel the tour you will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option of transferring to another tour or requesting a full refund. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. COVER FOR EMERGENCY EVACUATION MUST BE INCLUDED
- No refund is payable in respect of any services not utilised after the tour has commenced.
- Craclair Tours as operators, reserve the right to alter, cancel or amend tour itineraries.
- Prices are subject to alteration.
